Troubleshooting

Solutions to common issues with login, publishing, embeds, images, and analytics.

Can't log in

If you're having trouble signing in, try these steps in order:

  1. 1Double-check your email address — it's easy to have a typo in the domain (e.g. ".con" instead of ".com")
  2. 2Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset your password
  3. 3Check your spam folder for the password reset email
  4. 4Try a different browser or disable browser extensions (some password managers can auto-fill incorrectly)
  5. 5Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again
lightbulbYourSpace uses email and password only — there's no Google or social login option yet. Make sure you're not trying to sign in with a social account.

Page not showing after publishing

After publishing, your page can take up to 30 seconds to become publicly accessible. If it's still not showing:

  • Open your page URL in an incognito or private browsing window — this avoids any cached session data
  • Confirm the page shows "Published" status in your Pages list
  • Check that the URL you're visiting is correct — it should be yourspace.page/[username]/[slug]
  • If you recently changed your slug, make sure you're using the new URL

Embed blocks not loading

If an Embed block isn't displaying on your public page:

  1. 1Verify you have an active Pro subscription — Embed blocks require Pro
  2. 2Check that the URL or username you entered in the block properties is correct
  3. 3Make sure the content you're embedding is publicly accessible (e.g. your Twitter/X profile isn't private)
  4. 4Try removing the block and adding it again with the correct details
infoInstagram embeds may not display in some regions due to Meta's embedding restrictions. This is a platform limitation outside our control.

Images not uploading

If your image upload is failing or hanging:

  • Check the file format — supported types are JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP
  • Check the file size — maximum is 5 MB per image
  • Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
  • Check your internet connection — a slow or unstable connection can cause upload timeouts
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily — some ad blockers interfere with file uploads
infoAfter a successful upload, images are served from our CDN and may take a few seconds to appear. If the canvas shows a blank space, wait a moment and refresh the editor.

Analytics showing 0

If your analytics dashboard shows zero views or clicks, here are the most common reasons:

  • Your page might not be published yet — analytics only track real public visits
  • You're looking at the wrong date range — check that the range includes the days your page was live
  • Your own visits while testing and editing may be filtered out
  • If you only just published, give it a few hours for real traffic to start coming in

Analytics track unique page views and block link clicks from real visitors. The counter updates in near-real-time.
