We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the "Agreement Date."

- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YourSpace. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of YourSpace.
User-Generated Content: You retain all rights to the content you post on YourSpace. By posting content, you grant YourSpace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute said content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
payments4. Payments & Billing
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee ("Pro Plans"). You agree to pay the fees for the plan you select. All payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to you.

In no event shall YourSpace, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
