Manage your profile, avatar, password, email, and account preferences.

Updating your profile

Your profile information appears in your dashboard and can be shown on your public page. To update it, go to Settings > Profile.

  • Display name — shown on your dashboard and optionally on your page
  • Bio — a short description about you (shown on your page if you add a bio block)
  • Username — your unique handle and the key part of your public URL
warningChanging your username changes your public URL from yourspace.page/old to yourspace.page/new. Update any links you've shared (bio links, social profiles, business cards, etc.) after changing it.

Uploading an avatar

Your avatar appears in the dashboard header and optionally on your public page. To update it:

Go to Settings > Profile

Scroll to the Avatar section.

Click the avatar circle

A file picker will open.

Select your image

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Maximum size: 5 MB. The image will be cropped to a square.

lightbulbFor best results, use a square image at least 200×200 pixels.

Changing your password

To update your password, go to Settings > Security.

Enter your current password

This confirms it's really you making the change.

Enter your new password

Must be at least 8 characters. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for a strong password.

Confirm and save

Click "Update Password". You'll receive a confirmation email.

If you've forgotten your current password, log out and use the "Forgot password" link on the login page.

Changing your email

To change the email address on your account, go to Settings > Account.

Enter your new email address

Make sure it's an address you have access to.

Check your new inbox

A confirmation link is sent to the new address. Click it to verify.

Check your old inbox

A security notification is also sent to your old address.

infoYour email address is not changed until you confirm it via the link sent to the new address. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your YourSpace account, go to Settings > Account and scroll to the Danger Zone section.

Account deletion removes all of your pages, blocks, analytics data, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

warningDeleting your account is permanent. There is no recovery option. If you're a Pro subscriber, cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged again.
